Q&A Posting Board Instructions

In order to use the Q&A Board, you need to register on the Board.  Please read the post referenced in item #1 below.  There are rules for the selection of usernames (FirstnameLastname formats only). 

Please be sure that you read and understand the Discussion Board Rules document (PDF).  If you do not agree with the rules, you don't need to apply for an account.  In simplistic form:

1) Please see this post on our posting board for Registration Instructions/rules - Please read them before applying:

    PLEASE NOTE: If the instructions are not followed, your account will be denied and the request will be deleted.
2) Accounts will be re-verified at least once a year to be sure that only current homeowners and renters have access.
3) Be courteous.
4) Ask questions; Be helpful - provide answers if you can.
5) Chat with your neighbors; Have fun.
6) Failure to follow the rules in the document above will be immediate termination of the account.  You will be notified simply that your account has been deactivated.

All registrations will take a while to process as we verify the information received in the registration process. Please keep in mind that this process is intended to verify homeowner access and or tenants and may not include potential homeowners. When you register, the Admin of the web site will receive your request. After verification, your account will be activated. If you do not receive confirmation within 3 days of your request for an account, please send an email to admin@avalonadvisory.org so we can investigate your account activation.

After reading the above mentioned instructions for registering, you're ready for registration! To register, go to the Registration link and fill in the information requested.  Please be sure to fill in all of the information correctly, and pay special attention to the email address as an email is sent to you for verification of your account creation.  The verification email contains a web link that you need to click on in order to activate your Q&A Forum account.  Please fill in all of the required fields so we can keep all of our records intact.  Please be sure to use the address of the home in Avalon Park.
