Architectural Review Committee

As of 3/10/2007, new ARC forms have been posted on this web site and should be used from now on.  Each form is available in two formats; Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF.  ARC Application Forms must be used for all changes.  Please refer to the ARC Application Checklist to be sure you have included all documentation required for your change.  Please use the guidelines to help you with your change decisions.

Please do not forget to make two copies of the forms, sign and either fax them to 407-249-9437 Attention: ARC Review or deliver both of them to the Avalon Park Property Owners Association Office for processing.  Remember to attach your supporting documentation including pictures and plot plan with change detail.  Also, it takes up to one month for complete processing, although most response times are faster than that.  You will receive a written confirmation notice from Leland Management when it has completed processing.
